OUR FORMULAS

What makes VRéserve different?We build our skincare around raw, unheated honey harvested from our own hives in Connecticut. We combine this natural foundation with carefully selected botanicals and advanced actives to create small-batch formulas that deliver performance without compromising skin comfort.Why do you use raw honey in your skincare?Raw honey is a natural humectant rich in enzymes, amino acids, and antioxidants. It attracts moisture, maintains hydration, and supports the skin barrier, making it a strong foundation for our formulas.Is your honey heated or processed?No. We keep our honey raw and unheated to preserve its natural composition. We use careful, low-heat formulation methods that avoid exposing sensitive ingredients to unnecessary heat.Do your products contain added fragrance?No. Our formulas contain no added fragrance. Any subtle scent comes from the ingredients themselves.Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?We develop our formulas with hydration and barrier comfort in mind. However, every skin type is different, and certain active ingredients, particularly retinol, may require gradual introduction. We recommend reviewing individual ingredient lists and patch testing before use.Are your products vegan?Our honey-based skincare is not vegan, as raw honey is central to our formulations.

PRODUCT USE & ROUTINES

Which VRéserve products should I start with?For daily hydration and skin barrier support, we recommend Bee Glow and Day Cream. For nighttime renewal, explore Bee Repair or Night Cream. You can add our Astaxanthin Infusion Booster to your moisturizer for extra antioxidant support.In what order should I apply my products?Begin with clean skin, apply your serum, and follow with your moisturizer. During the day, finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen. Mix our Booster directly into your moisturizer at the moment of application.How do I use the Astaxanthin Infusion Booster?Add one drop to your face or body moisturizer in your palm. Blend gently, then apply as usual. Use two to three drops for a more intensive treatment. Do not pre-mix into the jar or combine with a serum.Can I use Bee Repair every night?If you are new to retinol, start with two to three evenings per week, then gradually increase as your skin adjusts. Because both Bee Repair and Night Cream contain retinol, introduce them carefully rather than layering both treatments immediately. Daily sunscreen is recommended.Is Bee Barrier a replacement for sunscreen?No. Bee Barrier is a protective outdoor moisturizer formulated with mineral ingredients and skin-conditioning actives. It is not a substitute for a tested, broad-spectrum sunscreen.How should I store my products?Keep products tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Always use clean, dry hands when handling creams, and avoid introducing water into the jars.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you offer complimentary shipping?Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $250. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.How can I track my order?Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its progress.What is your return policy?Because we make our products in small batches, we can't accept returns. However, we will send an exchange if your order is damaged during shipping.What if my order arrives damaged?Please contact support@vreserve.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

How do subscriptions work?Select the subscription option on an eligible product to receive recurring deliveries at your chosen frequency. You can manage, skip, reschedule, or cancel future deliveries through your subscription account.Can I change or cancel my subscription?Yes. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
